Arriving on Time:

Timing is everything, to us and all our busy clients. Please arrive on time to ensure you don’t miss a minute of your treatment. We can’t keep others waiting if you’re late, just as we wouldn’t like to keep you waiting.

Your credit card number or gift certificate number will secure your appointment. Please refer to our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy:

Please book carefully as we have a 24hr cancellation policy for cancelling, changing, rescheduling or simply not showing up to appointments without 24hrs notice. We are a small business that schedules therapists to suit your needs. 100% of gift certificates will be redeemed and 50% of the cost of treatments.

Gift Certificates:

gcSpoil someone you love. Choose from any of our treatments or simply nominate a value. Either way, your lucky gift recipient can use it on ANY treatments or to buy products in our store. Our certificates come gift-wrapped with little samples, with our compliments.

That’s Beauty Miles for you. It’s like a frequent flyer program but without the heavy baggage. Just stretch out in First Class and enjoy the privileges.

You’ll accumulate Beauty Miles every time you come in for a Beautyologist treatment or purchase a product from our store. For every $100 you spend, you’ll receive 5 Beauty Miles, which is equivalent to $5. Save up your Miles and use them for any treatment on our service menu.

Now that your beauty dollars will take you even further than before, we wouldn’t blame you one little bit for booking in for an extra treat now and then. After all, there are all those Beauty Miles waiting to be stowed away for a very smooth landing.

  • 1. Points can only be redeemed on treatments.
  • 2. Cannot be redeemed on Sat or the month of December.
  • 3. Only redeemed on full price treatments, excludes packages, courses and promotions.
